Hyperpigmentation is a very common concern for my patients, many of whom struggle to find appropriate and effective products to treat existing hyperpigmentation and prevent further development of pigmentation issues, particularly in darker skin types. My products are designed to reduce and prevent the many forms of hyperpigmentation year round, whether it be sun damage related hyperpigmentation, hormone induced melasma or post- inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).

I’ve curated the active ingredients in each of my skincare products to treat and prevent all forms of hyperpigmentation in a simple and convenient daily routine. Each product contains a number of anti-inflammatory and tyrosinase-inhibiting ingredients to treat hyperpigmentation regardless of the diagnosis, triggers or underlying cause, and to treat and prevent further development of hyperpigmentation due to skin inflammation or sun exposure.

I always suggest developing good habits of a simple and effective skincare routine for hyperpigmentation as the first step in treating and preventing pigmentation development. My core daily routine is designed with this in mind, and includes ingredients including retinol, vitamin C, azelaic acid and niacinamide, all of which can be used safely to treat the various forms of hyperpigmentation.
