Clinic Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy whereby if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged the price of a consultation fee with the practitioner you are booked in to see. Please check the current price list for update to date prices.

If your appointment is on a Monday, as we are not always open on Sundays, as long as we can see you have contacted the clinic via email (clinic@drdavidjack.com) or left a voicemail outside of the 48 hours you will not be charged.

If you cancel or reschedule on more than three consecutive occasions within the 48 hour cancellation period a non-refundable booking fee will be charged for the value of a consultation with the practitioner you are booked in to see. This can be redeemed when you come into clinic and have a treatment but is non-refundable, regardless of if you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour period.
