Clinic Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy and request that you contact the clinic prior to 48 hours before your appointment where possible. This can be an email, call or voicemail - as long as it is received prior to this period.

Unfortunately, if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of your treatment cost will be charged as a cancellation fee prior to rebooking (please see our price list for details).

If you have booked multiple treatments, the cancellation fee will be charged at 50% of the cost of one of the booked treatments. If you have booked a consultation, the practitioner’s consultation fee will be redeemed as your cancellation fee.

Please note, thiscancellation fee is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed against any skincare or future treatment/s.

If you cancel or reschedule on more than 3 consecutive occasions within the 48 hour cancellation period the price of a consultation with the practitioner you are booking in with will be charged before you can rebook (please see our price list for the fees). Please note, this is non-refundable, regardless of if you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour period. though can be redeemed when you come into clinic and have a treatment.
