What is UltraClear® Lift?
UltraClear® Lift, that uses the laser's most advanced coring mode, offers a highly effective non-surgical solution for significant skin improvement and rejuvenation. How does UltraClear® Lift work?
UltraClear® Lift uses the Laser-Coring mode which penetrates the skin at the deepest dermis level. UltraClear™ delivers a powerful dual-action treatment, combining short, focused bursts of light to gently exfoliate the outer layer of dull or damaged skin, while simultaneously delivering targeted thermal energy deep into the dermis. This deeper energy boost supports accelerated healing and stimulates the natural regeneration of collagen.

At the core of UltraClear® is its innovative, patent-pending 3DIntelliPulse™ technology. This system blends four distinct sub-pulses—both ablative and coagulative—into one streamlined delivery, ensuring each laser pass is both accurate and effective. The cold ablative pulses provide uniform resurfacing with minimal thermal impact, while the coagulative pulses work beneath the surface to activate elastin and hyaluronic acid production, drive collagen renewal, and deliver a noticeable tightening effect.
Thanks to its finely balanced energy profile, the treatment maintains an optimal ratio of cold to thermal energy. What is the downtime?
UltraClear® Lift reduces the downtime vs other fractional ablative laser treatments. UltraClear Lift with Laser Coring usually requires about 7 - 10 days downtime. The downtime includes redness, occasional mild scabbing and a hot sensation similar to sunburn directly after.

How long till I see results?
The key concept with this fractional ablative laser is that the technology is being used to stimulate a healing process in your skin, so many factors govern how long it takes to see results. but the post-healing maturation and regenerative effects can take up to six months post treatment to fully show. With UltraClear® Lift which is our more intense treatment option, your skin will continue to get better for up to a year and the results may last 1 to 5 years.
How do I maximise results post treatment?
Generally speaking, collagen regeneration can be enhanced by using good topical skincare products to boost collagen production. These include daily sunscreen (to protect both the collagen in your dermis and also the collagen producing cells from the damaging effects of UV light), vitamin C and other antioxidants, as well as retinoids. Similarly, maintaining a healthy diet, low in inflammatory foods and high in antioxidants (particularly vitamin C, which is a cofactor in collagen production) and protein, will help maximise the results from your treatments.
Post-treatment care for UltraClear® Lift includes keeping the skin hydrated and clean. The key issue to avoid in the early-stage post-treatment is skin infection or irritation of the injured skin (which can cause the skin injuries to deepen or advance). For this reason, aftercare protocols are exceptionally important. Usually an occlusive cream or ointment such as Aquaphor will be used in the days immediately following the treatment, and avoiding sun exposure is essential. Following this, prescribed skincare products to enhance healing will be given.
Is it suitable for all skin types?
Unlike other energy-based technologies that tend to cause thermal-induced side effects, such as post-inflammation hyperpigmentation (PIH) and post-inflammation erythema (PIE), UltraClear®’s revolutionary cold fiber laser technology and advanced precision energy control minimize unwanted thermal damage, making it safe and effective for all skin types, including previously high-risk skin type III and above (Asian, Indian and dark skin patients).
