The Skin Collective is our newly launched loyalty program, aimed at rewarding our loyal Dr. David Jack customers and helping you on your skin health journey. You will earn points when purchasing with us online, or receiving treatments in clinic as well as for other activities (such as referring friends, and following us on Instagram) which you can use against future purchases. 

You will be able to join The Skin Collective by creating an account via drdavidjack.com. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the program.

If you already have an account, you will automatically be added as a member. 

You’ll earn 1 point for every  £1 you spend online; points should arrive in your Dr. David Jack account within 14 days after your order date. But there are many other ways to get rewarded - click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu for full details.

You will also earn 1 point for every  £1 you spend on treatments and skincare in clinic, excluding signature treatments which have differentiated points brackets (Endolift and Morpheus8).

Once you’re logged into your Dr. David Jack account, you can view your rewards balance in your account dashboard.

Once you have earned enough points to qualify for a reward, simply log into your account and scroll down to the ‘rewards’ section. Here you will be able to exchange your points for a voucher code. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order.

You will be able to redeem your points in clinic at checkout, for a maximum of 3,000 points per visit. Vouchers redeemed online are not valid in clinic.

No. The more purchases you make and activities you participate in, the more points you will earn!

Your reward points history will show a status for each activity:

Approved:  These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

In this case, your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your points balance. 

If your account balance has gone down, it will be because you, or someone you referred to, cancelled or returned a purchase.

It can sometimes take up to 48 hours for us to process your activity and provide your points. If you are still having an issue, please contactskincare@drdavidjack.com

Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. This will then be cancelled from your Dr. David Jack account.

Purchases made in our Dr. David Jack clinic count towards points within The Skin Collective loyalty programme. 

Rewards can be redeemed or claimed in the Dr. David Jack clinic, by visiting the clinics after having created a Skin Collective Account. 

Unfortunately, loyalty points cannot be redeemed against subscription purchases.
