Access Statement

 Dr. David Jack Clinic offers wheelchair access for all patients.

Dr. David Jack Clinic in Belgravia is on one floor and has a wheelchair ramp to assist with entry, plus a disabled toilet. In addition, all treatment rooms and our facial bar have entryway access over 850mm. Our Harley Street clinic is accessible via a wheelchair ramp.

For visually impaired patients, we offer the opportunity to have an escorted tour of the public areas of the facility to help to familiarise with the layout of the building.

We can offer translation services where necessary and please refer to our Chaperone Policy for more information regarding having someone accompany you during your appointment.

We are committed to equality and diversity in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Disability Discrimination Act 2005.

Where necessary, and in the case of an emergency situation where the current premises is unable to be used, we can carry out consultations virtually.

If for any reason we are unable to provide the service to patients we will, where possible, provide patients with details of an alternative local treatment facility.
