What is Forma?
Forma is a skin tightening and lifting treatment which utilises bipolar radiofrequency energy to stimulate new collagen and elastin deposition to rejuvenate, sculpt and lift areas of lax skin, with no downtime. Forma is suitable for all skin types and is appropriate for individuals seeking a non-invasive and a natural looking approach to improvements in skin tone and texture. How does Forma work?
Forma uses patented A.C.E. (Acquire, Control, Extend) radiofrequency technology. A.C.E. technology uses non-ablative bipolar radiofrequency energy with an in-built temperature feedback control to target deep layers of the skin, with no area being under or over treated. This ensures maximum and consistent results. Bipolar radiofrequency has been shown in many clinical studies to significantly improve skin quality whilst reducing the risks of side effects associated with older forms of radiofrequency technology. What is the downtime?
Though there us no downtime as such, skin can be slightly red immediately after the treatment for 10-20 minutes.
