UltraClear™ offers a world-first laser skin treatment option to treat ageing skin,

This treatment is designed to be used both to prevent signs of premature ageing, through convenient, quick skin peel treatments and to
reverse more significant skin concerns such as loose, sagging skin, with more advanced collagen remodelling protocols.

Endolift is a minimally invasive advanced skin tightening and fat reduction technique that targets multiple layers of the skin to contour
areas of the face and body, helping you to feel more lifted and more youthful. Endolift sits between the realms of non-surgical skin tightening and invasive cosmetic surgery.
The Endolift laser treatment uses a thin fibre (around the thickness of a hair) which is inserted under the skin under local anaesthetic without the need for incisions. This new laser technology has a unique ability to heat soft tissues without causing necrosis to create areas of fat breakdown
and skin contracture. The laser tissue causes fatty lobules to dissolve, whilst coagulating blood vessels in the area to prevent bleeding, and causes retraction and reorganisation of fibrous tissues to firm treated areas. The
laser fibre also causes contracture and thickening of the skin overlying the
treated area to cause lifting and firming of the tissues.
If you want to target localised areas of stubborn fat on the face and body, associated with skin laxity, then Endolift is an ideal treatment. It is a new generation treatment that offers an alternative to surgical liposuction with much less downtime and risk. The short treatment, performed under local anaesthetic (following a series of injections) causes breakdown of fat pockets which may not shift with diet or exercise, and also causes the skin in the treated area to tighten and lift. It can be used to treat areas such as the abdomen for definition, and also the face as part of a 'nonsurgical facelift' procedure.
