What can a Clinic Gift Card be used for?
Your gift card can be redeemed against all services, excluding treatments performed at the Liberty Clinic. Whether you have something in mind or would appreciate a little guidance, our team can help you explore your options.
Do I need to choose a treatment for the recipient?
No. Choose the value of your gift and leave the treatment choice to them. Our approach is always individual, with expert guidance to help them find what is right for their skin.
Can I use my gift card to buy skincare?
Yes, but only for in-clinic purchases. Our separate online Skincare Gift Card is redeemable exclusively on the Dr David Jack website here.
Is a gift card suitable for someone who hasn’t visited before?
It is a lovely introduction to our approach to skin health. For those unsure where to begin, gifting a consultation provides an opportunity to discuss their skin, ask questions and explore a personalised treatment plan.
Which clinics can the gift card be used at?
Clinic Gift Cards are not accepted at the Liberty Clinic. Treatment availability varies by location, so please check with our team before booking a particular treatment.
How will the gift card be delivered?
Your gift card will be sent by email within 48 hours. It can be either sent to yourself, or the recipient.
How long is my gift card valid for?
Clinic Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Do I need to use the full value in one visit?
No. Any remaining balance will stay on your gift card to use towards a future appointment within its validity period. If your treatment costs more than the balance, you can pay the difference.
