As such, trainers and studios have moved quickly, creating daily schedules of live-streamed workouts to make sure there is something for their regulars and for those just wanting to give something new a try!

Joe Wicks has been doing these live workout sessions each weekday without fail for the past two months. The workout format is always the same: an accessible, fun and engaging 30-minute session that is designed to leave people feeling energised and ready to face another day in isolation.

Formerly a trainer at Barry’s Bootcamp London, Connor is a prime example who has adapted his workout classes virtually. Connor offers five 50-minute classes from Monday to Friday. and you will only need 2 dumbbells! No level requirements but be prepared to feel the burn!

Co-Founder Louis Rennocks has also launched a Youtube channel for those who love to box! Boxing workouts you can do anywhere with no bags, no pads and no ring. It’s just you, a pair of 1kg dumbbells (optional) and expert instructors coaching you through a series of relentless rounds. A great overall workout and there is no cost!
