Introducing Integrative Beauty
Integrative Beauty is a new range of active beauty products, based on the principle of ‘beauty from the inside and outside’.

Over the last decade, the importance of general ‘healthiness’ on the health of the skin has become increasingly apparent. The skin, being the largest organ of the body, reflects directly the internal body environment, so targeting whole-body health is really the best way of optimizing, in turn, the health of the skin. Most modern active skincare products contain high levels of antioxidant molecules (which serve to repair DNA damage as a result of exposure to the sun’s UV rays and other damaging factors, and protect against further changes aging-related changes) but do not address any of the deeper factors affecting the skin from the body within. What this range does differently is address damaging factors within the internal body environment in addition to targeting the skin surface.
The Integrative Beauty range comprises of clinically proven topical antioxidant skincare products together with oral supplements with high levels of antioxidants - taken orally these are known to improve skin vasculature (blood supply), luminosity and boost immunity - together with high levels of proteins and amino acids (the molecular building blocks for skin repair and collagen deposition). The two routes of delivery (topical and oral) mean that the skin is targeted directly and synergistically to optimise skin health from both the external and internal environment.
Topical Skincare
I wanted to keep things as simple as possible, using only the very highest quality ingredients at optimum doses. I’ve chosen to have only three essential topical products in the range, all formulated with ingredients with a strong evidence base for their effectiveness and suitable for all skin types. These are designed to be used during particular times of the day for maximum benefit.
Oral Supplements

The use of oral supplements in skin health is an area of great interest in anti-aging medicine - with this in mind, I developed 6 oral supplements for my Integrative Beauty range.
With high levels of micro and macronutrients, as well as potent antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, these products are designed to be used in conjunction with my topical skincare products to deliver key evidence-based ingredients to optimize your general health as well as the skin directly through the dermal microcirculation. Together, the skin is targeted synergistically to optimize skin health from both the external and internal environment.
