Filler Removal with Hyalase

We all know that filler treatments can work very well to boost facial volume, but things do go wrong with these treatments. With Hyaluronic acid filler treatments (for example Juvederm, Restylane and Teosyal fillers), the good thing is that they can be broken down.  Dr. Jack offers this treatment at his clinics in Harley Street, London, Edinburgh and in the Harrods Wellness Clinic

Breakdown of unwanted filler involves the injection of an enzyme called Hyaluronidase (or Hyalase for short), which removes the filler in a short period of time. Usually the removal of filler involves multiple injections into an area of filler, then waiting for around 72 hours for the filler to be completely removed.

Are there any risks involved?

Filler removal is a fairly low risk procedure, however, there is a very tiny risk of allergic reaction to Hyaluronidase. In addition, Hyaluronidase can break down some of the Hyaluronic acid from your own tissues so there is a tiny risk also of reduced volume in an area until the body replaces its own Hyaluronic acid.

How much does this procedure cost?

Dr. Jack offers this procedure at a cost of £180 per session at his clinics in Harley Street, London, Edinburgh and in the Harrods Wellness Clinic
